After the successful visit and telephonic discussion we suggest you the following best products and price.
SCOPE OF WORK
  1. Removing loose materials from the roof surface.
  2. Grinding and cleaning of the entire roof surface.
  3. Making coving (Gola) on roof and parapet joint with polymer modified mortar.
  4. Applying prime coat with polymer modified slurry.
  5. Applying  first coat of Elastomeric cementitious Waterproof chemical coating Dura Seal grey 205.
  6. Applying the second coat of Dura Seal Gray 205 reinforced with a Dura Matrix Sheet.
  7. Applying third coat of Dura Seal grey 205.
  8. Applying final top coat of Dura Thermoflex flexible waterproof and protective coating.

Terms and Conditions
  • Above prices are valid for 30
  • Above prices are excluding of all the taxes.
  • 50% payment will be in advance and 25% payment during the application and 25% payment after completion the job.
  • Water & electricity will be provided by the client.
  • The Work will be start 2 – 4 days after the work order is issued.
